SEAT S.A.’s transition towards electrification involves an even bigger transformation, that of its people. Apart from the large-scale training measures aimed at the employees to prepare them for the challenges associated with the production of electric cars, these vehicles also represent a paradigm shift in work methodology - we have to stop thinking about the different systems of the car individually and start focusing on them as part of an interconnected whole. 

That’s exactly the goal of the new department at SEAT S.A, the e-House, where technical profiles from very different areas converge to work together on the electronics development and securing of the Small BEV in Martorell.
